1. Can I change the cable on HPS series headphones?

Yes, you can use any dual 2.5mm jack headphones ready cable to connect them. 

2. What's the difference in sound quality with or without BSE pillow?

Psychoacoustically the sound with BSE pillow (play2me) is much reacher, extended to the low end. Our ears tresh hold for 20Hz iz about 70dB. By pushing bass into your body you can hear at lower volume levels and tactile information helps with accuracy.

3. How flat are HPS series studio headphones?

We designed earcups acoustics based on the science of sound with many trial and error prototypes. The design is now fully rounded earcups that makes as little sound waves bounces as possible. It's a fully balanced acoustic chamber. Together with studio grade driver we achieve a flat frequency response. The sound is rich from low to hi notes. We followed the  IEC 61672:2003 (BS EN 61672-1:2003 ) A weighted standard as closely as we can and reference by ear with industry standard headphones. Our HPS series were designed as an audio engineering tool first.

4. Can I use the HPS headphones on any device?

Yes, you can use them with laptops, smart phones, mixing consoles, etc. We use standard 3.5mm jack with adapter to 6.3mm for pro audio.

5. Does the headphones come with an amplifier?

No, we don't sell headphones preamplifiers with the headphones. You can use them on any source - from I pod, pad, PC, sound cards, phones etc,... It's a standard 3.5mm or 6.3mm jack input. (TRS)

6.Why are headphones earcps made of wood?

Wood is a go to material for any acoustic instrument. From pianos to guitars. Headphones benefit greatly from the use of acoustic materials. Plastic is used by other brands just to cut costs and shorten the production cycle. Wood is way better choice. And yes, it looks better!

7.Are there any costs with signing up for a FREE test drive?

8.I got a damaged product, what now?

If you noticed a damaged packaging please take photos before opening. Then please check if the product is intact. If not, take pictures again and send them to us for inspection. We'll let you know further steps. 

9.I signed up for a test drive but didn't receive the package for over a month now!

We have only limited amount of headphones on a test drive. You are in line. If you are in a hurry you can pay for them and get them the next day. You will get refund if you don't like them.

10. Can I use my Endorsement code for 50% off on special preorder deals or instalment offer?

Sorry, no. You have to go with regular offer and use your code/discount there. 

11. What's covered with money back guarantee?

We cover your purchase costs. Import taxes and shipping back to us is not covered. You'll be refunded purchase price without shipping to you.

We collect your e-mail address in sign-up to newletter and deals form. That's all. We save your data in Mail Chimp platform. When you subscribe you agree with their terms too. Your e-mail is safe and will be used for notification only.

After you secure the first instalment/downpayment you'll receive the headphones. You can return them in 30 days and the instalments will be cancelled. Shipping back to us is on you.
